How long does shipping take?
We provide FREE shipping to the 48 states in the US(Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico excluded), France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Please ensure your shipping address is within one of these supported regions, as orders addressed to other locations cannot be accepted..
And we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
Shipping Time
The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: 1 business days
- Shipping time:US: 2-7 daysFrance, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Ireland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom: 10-25 days
- Due to uncertainties delivery may be delayed, please contact us If you have not received your product after 8 business days in the United States or 25 business days in other countries.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return windowfrom the delivery date for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging with all accessories included.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our customer service team at hi@maximsespresso.com to request a return authorization. We’ll provide a prepaid return label (for contiguous U.S. orders) or instructions for shipping back.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

Do your espresso machines come with a warranty?
Yes! All Maxim's Espresso machines include a 2-Year Total Protection: 1-Year Free Replacement + 1-Year Warranty
You will enjoy excellent after-sales support:
Within 1 year from the date of receipt: If the product has any quality issues requiring repair, we’ll replace it with a brand- new Seine X espresso machine for free—no extra fees whatsoever.
After the 1-year replacement period: A 1-year warranty will take effect. During this warranty term, any quality-related problems will be repaired completely free of charge.
What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
Contact us immediately at hi@maximsespresso.com. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are encrypted for your security.
Is financing available?
